The concrete and steel structure built into the hillside will highlight the valley views with large glass wall expanses. The high-end interior finishes of stone, hardwoods, and exposed concrete will be accented with natural light from a variety of windows, light wells, and skylights. The home will be heated by both radiant heat in the floors and forced air to insure fresh air and control potential condensation issues. The exterior of the home will incorporate cor-ten steel panels and stone veneer to blend into the hillside.
