As part of the company's expansion, Muir Copper Canyon Farms purchased adjoining property next to their existing warehouse. The new parcel had a 2 year old vacant warehouse shell, which Culp Construction finished into premium administrative office space. Clear-finished alder woodwork and 8' high doors, clearstory glass lights in all offices, 10' tall ceilings, and unique lighting effects highlight the decor and design. The space includes two spacious executive offices, reception/lobby area, six smaller offices for accounting, sales, shipping and human resources, a demonstration cooking kitchen, conference room, multi-purpose room, restrooms, unisex shower room and 1600 square feet of executive warehouse storage space.
