St. John The Baptist Church:
1015 Baker Street, Costa Mesa, California

The original 9,845 S.F. building will be stripped of its early decor such as floor and wall finishes, millwork, doors, windows and will include asbestos abatement.  A large portion of the south side of  the building will be demolished for a newly added Eucharistic Chapel of 515 S.F. as well as expanding the men's and women's restrooms.  Also included is a complete upgrade of finishes and millwork as well as electrical, plumbing , heating and air conditioning, fire alarm, roofing and artistic elements from Italy.  New landscaping and exterior painting will complete the facade of this Catholic church.
