Valley Center Towers: Owner: Valley Center Towers, LLC Phase I of the project
included the re-alignment of a section of Green
Street to create a basically rectangular site.
The alignment allows Green Street to proceed
directly South from its intersection with
5300 South. The Phase I development of the
site put in places a six level, approximately 120,000
S.F. building, with an adjacent ground level
asphalt paved parking area. The building is a steel structure with a synthetic stucco exterior
trimed with tile accents. The Phase I building houses the owners management offices,
with the remaining space for use by lease tenants.
Phase II will add another six level building, designed
to replicate the Phase I building, and a section
of structured parking. Phase III will add a nine
level building, similar to the Phase I and II buildings,
and complete the parking structure which will
surround the Phase III building to the North, East
and South. |
